Managing Accounts Across Devices
- Make sure accounts you create are not tied to any specific employee, that way you are planning for potential staffing changes. This could be creating Gmail or Outlook accounts to use as your core accounts or working with your IT to generate a number of accounts that can be accessed by anyone on your team.
- For Gmail users, try the "+" trick to sign up for multiple "aliases" using the same email address so you can easily manage multiple accounts with one login.
- [email protected] is the same email address as [email protected] which is also the same email as [email protected].
- Outlook email addresses can also be used for individual console accounts and are automatically associated with Microsoft/Xbox services. The Outlook account acts the same way any other email address would and can be used to create other gaming platform accounts (Epic, PlayStation, Nintendo, etc.).
- See Console & Platforms for specific console tips.
